Jill. Your last message to me has already been deleted, but I take your point
about hearing, and it is the one major source of information available to us.
What I've noticed though is amonst the blind folk I know is that they have a
well developed, almost intuitive sense, of logging things that are likely to be
useful to them and filtering the rest.
I'm afraid my concentration lets me down here. I guess the more you use memory
the better it is and the more you retain; and there are tricks or techniques
for remembering. Certainly it gave you some insight into what I was looking
for when kposing general questions about mobiles.
I shall most likely ask on the list if the range of Cynbium phones has widened
now as these are the phones that Talks depends on to be able to run. By the
way, I have bought a 6600 off a trusted seller on eBay, but it will be some
time until I get around to buying the Talks software to run on it, although I
shall get the demo version which runs for ten minutes, which is better than
nothing.
