Hi Andy, Provided you delete the correct drive, you should be O.K. However, before you do, may I suggest you try to get the exact make and model number of the unit, and track down drivers for it - assuming any exist. So, if I hit the del key on it, and remove it from my system, will a re-boot definitely find it again? Will the other dvd drive not be affected by this?
