[access-uk] Repairing Jaws 10

Hi,

I tried to start the install program for Jaws 10 to do a repair as I have 
done in the past but with this latest download: J10.0.1154.exe I just get 
told to uninstall my existing installation from add/remove programs.
Anyone know how to do a repair on this version of Jaws?
