Press the Windows key and type 'system' (without the quotations) in the search box; 2. Arrow down the list and choose 'system configuration' and press enter; 3. In the dialog box that appears, shift tab once to go to the tabs and arrow right until you get to 'startup'; 4. Tab once to the list of programmes and uncheck the one that needs to be disabled; 5. Tab to 'Apply' and then to 'OK' and then uninstall the programme.
