[access-uk] Removing Norton

I know that this has been discussed before but of course didn't take any
notice. My husband has a laptop which came with Vista business on it and
came with a month free of Norton, now the month is up he wants to get rid of
Norton. Everything has gone except the live update notification, that just
WON'T go. Any suggestions how to get rid of it?
