[access-uk] Reinstalling Windows questions

Hello,
I've decided I need to reinstall Windows and reformat my hard drive. I'm
wondering how to do this. Can I reformat the hard drive from windows then
reinstal windows? Or does reformatting come up as an option when putting
the Windows CD in?
And if anyone could tell me how the general process of reinstalling Windows
goes, as I've never done it before, that would be great. And any advice or
anything I should look out for.
