[access-uk] Reformat ... How to.

Hi all,
I need to reformat my Toshiba laptob outside of windows. I do have Toshiba
install CD's, but these come with Windows Pro. What I wish to do is install
a stand alone copy of Windows XP Home. I have all Toshiba drivers on a
separate CD. Its all doable, I know, as the computer shop on the corner has
done it for me in the past.
Failing a how to on Access-uk I'll have to, once again, pay upwards of $120
at the computer shop.
Well its either that or throw it out the window and claim insurance.
