I use a program called mp3 direct cut which will record in mp3 format. A
basic file editor is also incorporated in the program. It is freeware.

Does anyone know of any recording program I can use in order to record voice
chats and send them via MP3 to one of my contacts by e-mail. I've heard of
goldwave but I think you have to buy it. I'm wondering if anyone uses any
free software for recording.
