Steve,

That doesn't suggest to me that they can/will or even want to try to fix the problem for us. I guess we have to make our choice for one or the other! <GRRRR!>

Hi Steve,

Here is what Nebula support had to say.

<Start of message from Nebula Support>

We can confirm that recording in "DVD Authoring Tool Compatible" format will
strip out any AD that's being broadcast and thus it explains why you could
hear it in the live but not in the recording. The purpose of DVD Authoring
Tool Compatible format is to make the recording compatible with DVD
authoring tools as well as making the recording more compatible with
third-party media players and thus to do this, DigiTV has to make slight
manipulations to the data before it is stored (eg, removing AD). Original
Broadcast format is as it suggests, original and raw and thus no changes are
made to the incoming data before it is stored.

<End of message from Nebula Support>

Doesn't sound like it is going to be possible.

Hi Andrew,

Yes, it is a known issue. Nebula tell me it will be fixed.

All the best
