I couldn't agree more. Barbara is an extremely helpful person. There are those who could learn from her example. I have in the past requested information from some suppliers who have not even had the courtesy to reply. But, as they say, their loss and someone else's gain. I sometimes wonder if one line responses to a problem are the result of an anti social personality or the person is just trying to hide the fact they are not as knowledgeable about the products they sell as they might like us to believe. Barbara, on the other hand, is courteous and friendly; never fails to get back to you, and has a good working knowledge on the products she sells. Well done Barbara.
