Eleanor, I'm sure it can, but for myself, I think the c5 is a horrible phone. For one thing I really don't like the way it uses the end button as the on/off button. The RNIB sell it with Talks pre-installed for £299.99 and without for about £140 I think. I only parted with mine because I wanted the N86, otherwise would still be using it.
