I don’t think they will be sufficiently accurate.

You can set beacons on Soundscape, if that helps.

Subject: [access-uk] Recommendations for IOS app for navigation!
Hi folks, following the sudden and untimely passing of guide dog Gus I find
myself having to use the long forgotten skills with my long cane, Which I
freely confess, are truely appalling! Think the GDBA staff who came out to help
me will require either counselling or valium or both after their visit! The
area I live in has lots of inter-connecting pathways which for the dog were
straightforward but now I can’t find when I’m approaching them so am missing
turns! Is there a accessible IOS app where I can set alerts to let me know
when I’m approaching a particular turn? The paths are relatively narrow so 1
sweep of the cane and I probably will miss it, So any ideas for apps would be
great! As a aside, GDBA have been brilliant, but given my age, current waiting
list I think my days as a GDO are at a end but I still want out!
