[access-uk] RealSpeak Daniel

Hi

I've installed the fifteen day demo of RealSpeak's Daniel but how do I
switch to it from Jaws?  I can't find any shortcuts to activate it in the
start menu and there are no options to activate it in JFW's change
synthesiser menu.cheers
