Hi Carol. It could be that pictures don't get displayed in Internet Explorer or 
e-mails but I'm not sure about Real Player.

  Don't want to muddy the waters ... because I'm probably quite wrong, but will 
the Internet settings affect pictures on video, for example, if you have 
pictures turned off in the Tools, Options, Advanced tab???
