[access-uk] Reading Screen print?

Hi,
does anyone know how to read screen print with jaws 6.10? I have been
trying to get my payslip electronically and the HR kept sending me the
paperwork screen print pasted in word document. I am using jaws 6.10,
K1000 with windows xp.
