Hi Andy.

No luck mate!  I set up a new account as suggested but it experienced the
same problems.  I even tried moving back from High Contrast No 2 to Windows
Standard Colours as well as High Contrast No 1, but this did not resolve the
problem.  I've subscribed to jaws.uk to see if any list members over there
have experienced the same difficulties.
