Hi Kevin - Yes, I can get to OE the way you said, but don?t know what
to do in the Icons tab sheet.

When I click on the Icons button, it says:

Look for icons in this file: ystemRoot%\System32\shell32.dll
I don?t know why the ?S? is missing off the ystem at the start of the
above path to the .dll file!

Anyway, when I tab to the next list box it says there are 238 items
in the list and nothing is selected, but JAWS isn?t seeing the list,
when I arrow down through it, JAWS just says 2 of 238 and 3 of 238
etc, without saying what it is!

I?m not sure about icons, how to delete them, or what they should be
for OE. Think I need hand holding to get this one right!

Just to be clear, if you can help more; if you go to your start menu,
hit p for programmes, and o for Outlook Express, then hit
applications instead of enter, arrow up once to properties and enter,
you will probably have an edit box with the path to the msimn.exe
file in it, followed by an edit box with %homedrive%%homepath% [or
something like that in it; These two edits boxes are not visible for
me, they use to be, but they got changed some how, and instead of the
targets being to the smimn.exe file, and to the %homedrive etc, it
now points to my computer and desk top, and the problem with this is
that these targets are no longer edit boxes, the colour of the font
has changed to I think grey, from what somebody told me, and they
can?t be clicked on, this is why I need help to somehow find where in
the system I can change the targets back from my computer to the
Outlook Express applications file of .msimn.exe etc.

Hope that makes some sense; desperately need to fix this one.

If all fails, and nobody can help, would reinstalling XP fix the OE
problem?
