I think Sports Extra on DAB is an alternative service. As far as I can
remember it only shows up on an autoscan if it is broadcasting. Then,
once it is broadcasting, it appears next ot 5Live.
Your phone is picking up an internet stream which broadcasts all the
time.
Radio 4 has two alternative streams for Parliament and the Daily Service.
