Oh, that easy - I was looking at a more indirect route . . ..

Thanks.

Hi Carol,

Right click on the message in the list. Select "Junk
Mail", then take your pick from the sub-menu that comes up after that.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] RULES IN OUTLOOK

Hi All,

Though I understood Outlook rules to be easier to apply and work out
than Outlook Express, I am having problems in applying a rule. It seems
that whatever I do I can't click on the rule I choose and get the colour
suggested I should have, though check boxes appear to change status. I
have read the "Help" but haven't really been able to transfer it easily
to my head.

I basically want to stop an everyday occurrence of a spam message which
is sent by different senders but always is about wrist watches, with
various brand names given.

Any help would be gratefully received.
