If you have the URL for the feed
1. alt + W for the Web feeds menu
2. A for Add feed
3. Type in a name, tab once and press spacebar
  4. Type in the URL, tab once and press spacebar.
5. The new feed should now appear in the list in the adjoining menu.

There is also an option to search a web page for a feed lower down the
Web feeds menu.

Hope that I have understood your query, but if not please come back.
