Though, with respect, quantity doesn't necessarily imply quality. RNIB talking books are perhaps the best in the in the English-speaking world, in terms of the quality of the reading and the choice of voices available.

There again, all this is very subjective anyway.

Is there no way of bypassing the overdrive app?
I placed my order this time yesterday, and am still waiting for my pincode. Perhaps something else they could improve, speed of delivery. They're certainly pretty efficient when it comes to taking your money.

Hi,

Putting this into perspective though Richard, it's only a third of what
Audible have,. And the Audible app is way nicer than Overdrive.

All the best

I gather that you'll shortly have access to over 23,000 books, so will be
worth it in my view.

Hi,

Appologies if this has been asked before.
Please could anyone who has subscribed to rnib's new overdrive service give
me sme sort of description as to the range of things on their? I want to
make sure I'm getting a decent service before I put some of my
hard-scrounged student money into rnib.
