Hi Ali
What you could try is entering on each of the books you want to download,
and the process might just take off and download them for you. It's not the
best service to work with, but I've got used to it now and find downloading
DAISY titles really useful given the postal service of Talking Books is very
hit and miss these days not wholly down to RNIB by any means.

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to remove expired downloads in the pending download
section? I tried to download couple of books but it kept saying download
pending. Now it says download expired, and I cannot find the way to remove
them. Any help will be much appreciated.
