Hi Paul,

I have emailed your fault to the Overdrive team, who will be in touch shortly.
If you have any queries or concerns, please do email the team at
Overdrive@xxxxxxxxxxx - they will be able to assist and investigate quicker, as
don't really get time to check in with the forum posts.

Hi Eleanor - RNIB staff do not receive a discount for joining RNIB Overdrive
and have to meet the terms and conditions for joining the service, like anyone
else. All of RNIB's reading services are heavily subsidised and supported
through fundraising.

Kind regards,
Louisa.

No idea about subscription reductions, my point was only about the
technical issue.
