What is so amazing to me is that, apart from Louisa's mails - which haven't properly addressed the dissatisfaction being expressed - RNIB has failed to respond to the considerable degree of concern being expressed by a group of technically very competent users on this list. It seems to me that RNIB has taken a decision without taking into consideration the views of its service users - as expressed on this list - and it has certainly not responded to the criticism of the arrangements which it has made.
