Not being facecious Billy my problem was that I could not get it out of the 
machine so trying it on another was going to be difficult. All sorted now amd 
playing fine on the machine  thanks a lot for all your help Billy.

Elenor, I would try the CD on another machine, before contacting RNIB, cause I 
had something like the same problem with the user CD as well,

    Not had that problem. sounds you may have a faulty machine. Best to ring 
rnib on tuesday morning. Why do things always pack up on a bank holiday weekend?

      I am not getting off to a good start with this machine.  The 2nd CD I 
have put in to it has got stuck and I c annot turn it off or eject the CD.  I 
have to listen to the CD going round and round, then I get some of that intro 
music and then Please Wait.  I am listening to this cycle all of the time now 
until the battery will run out!!!!  Any ideas please.
