[access-uk] RNIB Navigator

Is any one having problems with RNIB Navigator on the latest version of the iPhone? I purchased it for a month but I am still told that my subscription needs updating. When I try to open the app there's usually just a blank screen. I was informed that my purchase had gone through by the app store.
