No you are not. You have to go to the online shop and purchase it that way.
If you are not registered for the shop, you can do that first. The TB
postal service and Overdrive online service run side-by-side, but the £50
download membership fee is separate.

If your local authority is currently paying TB library membership, are you
automatically enrolled in the new service? If not, what do you have to do
to join?

        Hi Carol

I was not a tester for the Overdrive system, but I have just been
downloading my first books. The link is

        http://rniboverdrive.com

This is not what the User Guide says, but that URL will be available
later today. The link will be
        www.rniboverdrive.com

You will be able to listen to books on the Braille Sense like any
MP3
file, but I don't believe you will be able to use the features that
the
Overdrive Console offers as you have to load some software onto your
computer or smartphone, or whatever you have.

I have not investigated these features as I intend to listen to
books on
my Victor Reader Stream so will transfer the files from my computer.
