Blast Toshiba for that! You can however go to the UK
Toshiba web site, http://www.toshiba.co.uk and search for
the product number as I did.
However, if you can get Belarc installed, it will give you
much valuable configuration information anyway.

Many thanks for the prompt reply, George. I will get my
wife to examine the rear of the
machine later to try and establish exactly what is there. I
was wondering whether this
"Advanced Port Replicator" was a device which had to be
attached to the laptop to provide
these extra ports or was already there. The print copy of
the manual may clarify this point.
Sorry to say that the Tiny URL simply gave me the message
"Session Finished! We have
closed your current session." There was a "revisit the
site" link but that did not seem to take
me to the detailed spec you mention.
Having also read your suggestion in another message about
Belarc Adviser I will give that a
try too.
