There are quite a lot of articles out there, should you decide you're tired
of working it all out yourself.
Don't think I fancy one yet and probably not, until or unless I could use it
independently of the phone.

I will be. I have been loaned the Sport model for a couple of weeks because I am speaking at a workshop next week and need it for that purpose. Anna Dresner's book, Watching Without Looking, is about using the Apple Watch with VoiceOver, and should come in handy as I have a play with it. It is an Epub title that costs ten dollars or thereabouts. Don't think I would buy a watch of my own though.

I currently have one on my wrist that I am evaluating for a few weeks. The first thing I have had to do is shut it up every time I move my hand, it has been driving me crazy all day and I was only introduced to it yesterday.

It's by a guy who has no hands and foreshortened arms but who is aware of how we blindies use VO and Siri. He's a fan of the watch but thinks it has a long way to go. Be interested in any other watch users comments.
