That's a good point. You should have a PIN, just type it in, don't press
anything else, and the film will happen.
If you don't know your PIN, you can manage it on the Sky website, or the My
Sky app.

Hello, that may not be entirely the case.
I cannot remember all of the correct terms.
The ehaviour you talk about does show up on my Sky channel 304 as well.
I think that you will find that this film is an adult film and so children
are prevented from going to it on their own.
If you then put in the unlock code then all works as it should.
I cannot rember how you set this code.

I've been flicking through the Sky movie channels and it appears that Sky
304 is blank for me. It should be showing The Social Network, but there's
just a stony silence.
Would anyone with a Sky HD Box nearby mind quickly trying 304 and see if
you're getting the film, or is there something awry with my box?
