[access-uk] Question on Setting Bradley Time

I'm with someone who has just taken delivery of a Bradley Timepiece, but
they're unable to set the correct time. Only the hour ball bearing seems to
move when turning the winder.
Can any other Bradley users explain what we need to do to set the minutes?
Other than wait to exactly 1:23am tomorrow morning before pushing in the winder
that is! smile.
