My mum says that the labels that came with the penfriend have a letter s on them, she suggested it might be for sample. I assume that pack a will all have a letter a o them and pack b a letter b so they will be different as I think that's the code etc that the penfriend reads. I am not sure whether things were really sorted though after the labels were sent with purchase, which is not "A" or "B" but a certain number to get started. I think though that RNIB have probably sorted this one now and I have had no problem so far. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: angel238@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, November 21, 2009 5:42 PM Subject: [access-uk] Question about the Pen Friend labels: > If labels a and b are purchased, and if one labels items > such as computer plugs; when new labels are purchased, if > recording is done on the new labels will the new > recordings made erase the old recordings made with the > same a or b labels?
