I did privately, one thing I forgot to say is that the reader puts the code in
to where ever your cursor is so it doesn't need special softwre so as long as
the prog you're using is speech friendly it should be fine

Is that what you're going to use the penfriend for mostly then?
I have a barcode scanner hooked to the computer and use that for my cd's
and dvd's as there are so many of them!!

I've got mine, but only use it so far for marking CDS and some of my
DVDS I don't mind what size label I use on these I've got over 300 CDS
and 100 DVDS. so I use all of them.

My mum says that the labels that came with the penfriend have a
letter s on them, she suggested it might be for sample.
I assume that pack a will all have a letter a o them and pack b a
letter b so they will be different as I think that's the code etc that the
penfriend reads.

As long as you only use one pack of each for labelling, you
should be fine. I am not sure whether things were really sorted though after
the labels were sent with purchase, which is not "A" or "B" but a certain
number to get started.
I think though that RNIB have probably sorted this one now and I
have had no problem so far.
