[access-uk] Question Re BT internet

Hi All, Please has anyone got any Ideas, My friend has changed over to BT
internet and is having this problem, she can send emails ok, but if anyone
does reply to her email she don't get them, anyone got an answer for this
for me please. Many thanks for any help on this. Andy S
