Definitely working for me, I have just tried double-tapping on the QVC Live
button and it comes up straight away.
The website is also pretty good if you want to try it instead of the app?

It works for me. You need to double-tap on QVC Live, and it ought to come

I use the website and Quite-Cut, I think it's a great resource, depending on
what you are looking for. The app changed recently on the iPhone, it used
to be slightly better than it is now.
