Hi All
I posted this a day ago but maybe it never got to the list!

Perhaps off list replies would be useful to me at eleanormarthaburke@xxxxxxxxx in order not to clutter the list.

I want to produce a 4 page document which will be A5 size. I know that when A4 page is doubled it becomes A5 size. Now what I want to do is print out double-sided on to the A4 page but I need the text to be formatted in such a way that it will lwork for the booklet at the A5 size. Hope I am making myself clear. This would melan I want text of pages 1 and 4 on one side of the paper and text for pages 2 and 3 on the other side.

I am looking to do this on either Open Office using Windows 7 or if worse comes to worse Microsoft Word on Windows XP

Hope someone can help.

Eleanor
