[access-uk] Problems with windows Update

Hello everyone,
I am running windows 7 Home Premium on an HP laptop and when I check for
windows updates I keep getting the error code 643. I have run the automatic
troubleshooter from Microsoft's windows help page which hasn't solved the
problem. what else can I do? any Help most appreciated. thanks in advance.
