Hi Kevin,

I don't use Thunderbird, but try going into Apps, then App Manager, then
select Thunderbird Enyhanced, stop the app then restart it. Tell me if that
helps.

Thanks.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Problems with window-eyes and thunderbird.

Hi all,

OK I had problems with we and tb I uninstalled the program then
reinstalled it it fixed it. the problem was that in tb I could see the
subject I could even tell if the mail had an attachment but when I hit
enter nothing would read. once I uninstalled and reinstalled it was fine
it even told me how many links were in an e-mail! but now it has
happened again I have done nothing that I know of to make this happen
when I hit enter nothing reads I have the enhanced app for tb so it's
not that. how do I put we back to default settings everything I mean? I
am using the window-eyes for office version. using the msp voices. I
might have to give up on this screen reader as Nvda just works and I
know we should as well but it's not for me. but if anyone can help pleas
  do with thanks in advance.
