Tink I will shout along with the rest. It is workable, but used to be so much easier. Will probably use Play.com when that is more convenient. Thanks. They assure me they are working on it. The problem comes with the scripting for many of their buttons, including "Move To Basket", "Save For Later" and others. With Jaws at least, it is possible to use a combination of Jaws mode and some fancy keyboard work/guess work to get the buttons to work, but it's by no means easy or straightforward like it ought to be. I'm planning to follow up in the next few days and I know that others from different countries have also been in touch with Amazon, so I'd suggest that adding you're voice might prod them into action. Cheers, Tink. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Russell" <david.russell8@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, October 18, 2004 1:08 PM Subject: [access-uk] Problems with amazon > Hi Folks > > I am currently finding it impossible to purchase discs from amazon. the > rest of the site works as usual, but the purchase buttons are not > functioning as they should. > > Is anyone else having this problem? > > David > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.778 / Virus Database: 525 - Release Date: 15/10/04 > > ** To leave the list, send a message to:- > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, send a message to:- ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq --- Incoming mail is certified Virus Free.
