Hi John, Try this, 1. Download a JAWS 11 package from the FS site. 2. When it is downloaded, rename it to something like "J11" excluding the quotes. 3. Now put the renamed jaws file say for example out on your main C drive. 4. Open the start menu and go to "Run" then type in the following exactly; J11 /type repair 5.
