Hi Iain
Out of interest, are you logging in on your Smart device, or are you using a
PC? We are using the latter, and have now switched to the new Microsoft Edge
browser that seems to be working well with JAWS. Once we log in, we can
search for books, albeit that the search isn’t great to be honest. But then
we may go back later and find the error message when searching, so log out
and then back in. It’s just not a consistent experience using Windows, I
can’t speak at all for iOS or Android though.
Kind regards,

I have tried very hard, but I cannot reproduce these log-in difficulties. The
only issues I have had have been with books where it was said that they had
been downloaded and they in fact hadn't.

Hi Petrina
I don’t know what’s going on but it certainly isn’t working as it should. If
you are lucky enough to get in, you seem to have to log out again on your
next visit, then log back in. If you don’t, you get the ‘internal error’
message.
Kind regards,

Hi all,
I have reported this to the RNIB, and they are looking in to it. But I was
just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
When I press enter on the login link, I get the following page come up.
