Hi Steve,
pressing Control+F5 doesn’t work either. All that does is bring up the same
page, that I have already pasted in my first email, or takes me back to the log
in page. Still haven’t heard anything from RNIB. And I doubt I ever will.
All the best

Hi Petrina,
If you get it again, try pressing Control+F5 to force refresh the page. Not
just F5, that doesn’t force a refresh.
All the best

Hi Steve,
I can’t log in to log out. Because all I get every time when I press enter on
the login link, is the page I pasted in my email. I am still waiting to hear
back from RNIB.

Hi,
Have you tried logging out first? That sometimes fixes it, but it sounds like
they have a MySQL database connection issue.
All the best

Hi all,
I have reported this to the RNIB, and they are looking in to it. But I was just
wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
When I press enter on the login link, I get the following page come up.
