Hi Alison,

I think that may be the problem, it may be limited to a number of concurrent
users, but we don't know what that limit is.

All the best

Steve

I hadn't had a problem and was starting to feel a little smug, but this
morning I can neither access to easyreader site nor the website via my
Windows 10 computer.
I will try again in case it is either being worked upon or perhaps it only
has a limited capacity use.
Alison

Hi Everyone

I have not had any problems logging in using Firefox and Windows 7.
