I can login with my iPhone with EasyReader and through the web portal on both
Windows and Mac.
I can’t see the reading service in the EasyReader+ app on my BrailleNote. Has
it rolled out on the BrailleNote yet? I know it’s a slightly different app.
All the best, Paul

I have tried very hard, but I cannot reproduce these log-in difficulties. The
only issues I have had have been with books where it was said that they had
been downloaded and they in fact hadn't.

I don’t know what’s going on but it certainly isn’t working as it should. If
you are lucky enough to get in, you seem to have to log out again on your next
visit, then log back in. If you don’t, you get the ‘internal error’ message.

I have reported this to the RNIB, and they are looking in to it. But I was just
wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
When I press enter on the login link, I get the following page come up.
The website cannot display the page
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
What you can try:
Refresh the page.
Go back to the previous page.
I have tried Refreshing the page, but it makes no difference.
