[access-uk] Problems connecting to the Internet

Hi
Wonder if anyone can help us we have a desktop PC connected to virgin media
via an Ethernet cable connected to a wireless router. Up until tonight we were
able to connect to the wireless router via a laptop we have reset the laptop to
connect the router and it tells us that it is connected but when we open
Internet explorer on the laptop nothing happens all we get is page can not be
found www.bbc.co.uk
Hope someone can help
