hi do you use jaws i did land in to a simular sort of thing last week. i'm now
using mazilla fire fox give that a try hope that helps

I have Windows XP home Edition, JFW 7.10 and Internet Explorer 7. Until last
weekend I used Tiscali as my ISp and all worked well enough. However, Now I am
with BT broadband, and when I press enter on I.E my computer just seems to
freeze up completely. My settings all seem to be correct. Can anyone suggest
what the problem might be.
