[access-uk] Problem with windows Live Mail

Hello fellow listers,

When I send an e-mail using windows Live Mail, a .vcf file is automatically 
attached.  When I save this file and open it, it opens my contacts details. 
How can I stop future e-mails having this file attached?  by the way, I'm 
using windows 7.  Any help most appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
