[access-uk] Problem with Start Up of New PC

Hi All
Not sure how to explain this but here goes. I got a new pc at the weekend got
it set up ok when I switch it on it goes to a dos screen with info regarding
processor speed and other such stuff and at the bottom it has press F1 set up
F2 continue if I press F2 it goes into Win XP is their a problem or is this
natural with a new PC.
