It sounds like you have a hardware problem, whether it could be
overheating or bad memory might be difficult to say but the clue would
be in the beep codes when it starts up (or fails to rather). HP can
probably help you with that.

Subject: [access-uk] Problem with PC

Hi All

Apologies for the cross posting but the more advice I can get the better
my home PC model a HP Pavilion Media Centre TV m7350.uk Desktop Pc seems
to be going to a blue screen and switching off from what I can get from
the information on blue screen it speaks about problems with memory the
memory is the same as when I purchased the PC 18 months ago when I try
to switch the PC back on all it does it makes a loud bleeping noise and
I have to wait a while before I can switch it on. Could it even be
overheating?

Also can anyone tell me if their could be a problem with the memory that
would mean I would have replace it and would I be better to contact HP
for technical assistance rather than my local independent PC store.

Thanks

Sam
