[access-uk] Problem with MS Word 2007

Hi all.
I’ve just installed Office 2007, Home and Student Edition, having previously
used Office 2003. Unfortunately I’m having a spot of bother with MS Word which
I hope someone can help me with as it’s driving me nuts! The program launches
OK but after a few seconds it tells me it’s not responding andit won’t let me
do a thing. JAWS won’t read anything I’ve typed, and even when I press the
Alt. key to get to the ribbon bar nothing happens. If I leave it for a while
and come back to it it’s OK for about a minute and then just packs up again.
It seemed to install properly so I can’t understand why it’s behaving like
this. Hope someone can throw some light on it.
